Fillable PDF Form Example
A fillable PDF is a document that is a PDF that included fields that are editable without a PDF editor. The form will need to be downloaded by the user in order to be completed. The form will open in a PDF viewer and then can be completed by typing in the fields. Once compelte the form can be saved then emailed or uploaded.
Online web form Example
This type of form is where the user will complete it online and only online, nothing to download. These forms can consist of checkboxes, dropdowns, filling the blank answers, type in longer answers such as paragraphs and can also allow the user to upload a document to you. Once complete and submitted you the form is emailed to whatever email address you want.
